Policy owner: BALANCED ANSWERS, UNIPESSOAL, LDA
This Privacy Policy describes how BALANCED ANSWERS, UNIPESSOAL, LDA ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the website at grandtheftauto6.vip (the "Website") or the Android app GTA 6 Companion & Countdown(the "App"), together the "Services."
1. Scope and who we are
This policy applies to the Website, the App, onboarding, companion tools, analytics, purchases, and advertising. It also explains the choices and rights available to users.
The Services are an unofficial, fan-made product. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Grand Theft Auto and GTA are trademarks of their respective owners.
2. Information handled by the Website
The Website uses Vercel for hosting. Vercel may process technical request information needed to deliver, maintain, and protect the Website, such as IP address, browser or device information, request details, and diagnostic or security data.
Some Website tools store preferences or progress locally in your browser. For example, a checklist may store completed-item identifiers, and a daily challenge may store date keys, selected choice identifiers, scores, and limited streak history. You can remove this information by resetting the relevant tool or clearing the Website's data in your browser.
Consent-controlled Website analytics are not loaded unless you allow analytics. You can reopen Privacy choices from the Website footer and change your selection.
3. Amplitude analytics
Amplitude is the App's primary product analytics service. We use it to understand whether onboarding and companion features work, improve the App, diagnose product issues, and evaluate purchases and advertising at an aggregate level.
Depending on how you use the App, Amplitude events may include:
- an anonymous identifier scoped to the App installation;
- onboarding choices, excluding custom free-text answers;
- feature interactions and navigation events;
- paywall views and purchase-result events;
- ad impressions and aggregated advertising revenue events;
- App version, platform, session information, and approximate country; and
- technical device information such as device model, operating system version, manufacturer, language, and screen information.
We do not send custom free-text onboarding answers to Amplitude. We do not collect precise location. We do not request an advertising identifier solely for Amplitude. Before user accounts are created, if accounts become available, analytics use an anonymous installation-scoped identifier rather than an account identity. Approximate country may be inferred from an IP address by a service provider; this is not precise location tracking.
4. Firebase
We use selected Google Firebase services:
- Firebase Crashlytics helps identify and resolve crashes. It may process crash reports, stack traces, App version, device and operating system version, crash installation identifiers, and related diagnostic information.
- Firebase Remote Config lets us manage safe App parameters and feature flags without requiring a new App release.
Firebase Analytics is not our primary product analytics service and is not used to duplicate the product events sent to Amplitude.
5. Purchases: Google Play Billing and RevenueCat
In-App purchases are offered through Google Play Billing and managed with RevenueCat. These services may process the purchased product identifier, subscription or lifetime entitlement status, transaction metadata, purchase and restoration status, and an anonymous RevenueCat App User ID.
We do not receive your complete payment-card details. Payments are processed by Google Play under Google's terms and privacy policy. RevenueCat helps us confirm and restore purchase entitlements.
6. Advertising and consent
The free version of the App may show ads through Google AdMob. We use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage consent where required. Depending on your region, device settings, and consent choice, Google may process advertising identifiers where permitted, IP address and approximate location, device and App information, ad impressions, clicks, diagnostic information, and impression-level advertising revenue.
Personalized ads are used only when allowed by applicable law and by your choice. If consent is not given, limited or non-personalized ads may be shown where available. The App does not make an ad request until UMP confirms that ads may be requested through its canRequestAds status.
Pro users do not receive advertising. Where required, you can reopen Privacy Options in the App's Settings and change your consent selection at any time.
7. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
- understand onboarding and feature performance;
- diagnose crashes, errors, fraud, and security issues;
- deliver, verify, and restore purchases and entitlements;
- show advertising to eligible non-Pro users; and
- meet legal, accounting, and compliance obligations.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to children and the App does not participate in the Google Play Families program. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information to us by mistake, a user, parent, or authorized representative may contact us to request deletion.
9. Your rights and controls
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; object to or opt out of certain processing; withdraw consent; or request a portable copy of eligible data.
You can withdraw advertising consent or change your choice by reopening Privacy Options in the App. You can change Website analytics choices through Privacy choices in the footer. You can also contact us at info@routemap.ai. We may need information to verify and process a request, and some requests may be subject to legal exceptions. You may also need to use controls supplied directly by Google Play, Google, or another provider for data that provider controls.
10. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the Services, perform analytics, maintain security, fulfil and restore purchases, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations. Retention periods vary by data type, purpose, and service provider.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. When deletion is required, residual copies may remain for a limited period in backups or where retention is required by law, fraud prevention, accounting, or security needs.
11. Service providers and international processing
Our service providers include:
- Google Play for App distribution and billing;
- Google AdMob and UMP for advertising and consent management;
- Google Firebase for Crashlytics and Remote Config;
- RevenueCat for purchase and entitlement management;
- Amplitude for product analytics; and
- Vercel for Website hosting and delivery.
These providers act under their own privacy policies and may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, they and we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms and safeguards for international processing. Their handling of data is also governed by their agreements, settings, and applicable law.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Services, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy at this URL and change the "Last updated" date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
