This Privacy Policy describes how BALANCED ANSWERS, UNIPESSOAL, LDA ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the website at grandtheftauto6.vip (the "Website") or either of these Android apps:
- GTA 6 Companion & Countdown (package
com.gtavicompanion.mobile); and - GTA 6 LaunchDay: Maps & Guides (package
com.gta6launchday.mobile).
The Website and apps are together called the "Services." The data practices of the two apps differ, as explained below.
1. Scope and who we are
The Services are unofficial, fan-made products. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Grand Theft Auto and GTA are trademarks of their respective owners.
Neither Android app requires an account or login. We do not ask for your name, postal address, contacts, photos, or precise location in order to use the apps.
2. Information handled by the Website
The Website uses Vercel for hosting. Vercel may process technical request information needed to deliver, maintain, and protect the Website, such as IP address, browser or device information, request details, and diagnostic or security data.
Some Website tools store preferences or progress locally in your browser. You can remove this information by resetting the relevant tool or clearing the Website's data in your browser.
Google Analytics is not loaded unless you allow Website analytics. You can reopen Privacy choices from the Website footer and change your selection at any time.
3. LaunchDay app: attribution and analytics
GTA 6 LaunchDay: Maps & Guides uses AppsFlyer to measure installs, understand which campaigns or links led to an install, analyse app activity, and help prevent fraud. Depending on device settings and configuration, AppsFlyer may process:
- device identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID where available;
- IP address and approximate location inferred from it;
- app launch, install, session, campaign, referral, and selected in-app event information;
- device, operating system, app version, language, and network information; and
- diagnostic, performance, fraud, and security information.
The LaunchDay app does not show third-party ads. Its Advertising ID declaration is used for attribution, campaign measurement, and fraud prevention—not to display ads inside the app. Attribution data may be shared with an advertising or measurement partner only when we configure that partner or campaign in AppsFlyer.
4. Companion & Countdown app analytics
GTA 6 Companion & Countdown may use Amplitude for product analytics and selected Google Firebase services for crash reports, diagnostics, Remote Config, and related app operation. Depending on how you use the app, these services may process an anonymous installation identifier, feature interactions, onboarding choices other than custom free-text answers, paywall and purchase events, app version, platform, session information, approximate country, device information, crash reports, and performance diagnostics.
We do not collect precise location through these analytics tools. Approximate country may be inferred from an IP address by a service provider.
5. Purchases: Google Play Billing and RevenueCat
In-app purchases are offered through Google Play Billing and managed with RevenueCat. Google Play and RevenueCat may process the purchased product identifier, subscription or lifetime entitlement status, transaction metadata, purchase and restoration status, and an app-specific anonymous RevenueCat user identifier.
We do not receive your complete payment-card details. Payments are processed by Google Play under Google's terms and privacy policy. RevenueCat helps us verify and restore purchases.
Purchases are separate for each app. A Premium purchase made in one app does not unlock Premium in the other app, and the anonymous purchase identifiers are not used as a cross-app account.
6. Advertising in Companion & Countdown
The free version of GTA 6 Companion & Countdown may show ads through Google AdMob. Google's User Messaging Platform may be used to request and manage consent where required. Depending on your region, device settings, and consent choice, Google may process advertising identifiers where permitted, IP address and approximate location, device and app information, ad impressions, clicks, diagnostics, and advertising revenue information.
Pro users of that app do not receive advertising. Where required, you can reopen Privacy Options in the app's Settings and change your consent selection. The separate LaunchDay app does not contain third-party ads.
7. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
- measure installs, attribution, and feature performance;
- diagnose crashes, errors, fraud, and security issues;
- deliver, verify, and restore purchases and entitlements;
- show advertising to eligible non-Pro users of Companion & Countdown; and
- meet legal, accounting, and compliance obligations.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 and the apps do not participate in the Google Play Families program. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information to us by mistake, a parent or authorised representative may contact us to request deletion.
9. Your rights and controls
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; object to or opt out of certain processing; withdraw consent; or request a portable copy of eligible data.
You can change Website analytics choices through Privacy choices in the footer. In Companion & Countdown, you can change advertising consent through Privacy Options where that control is available. Android system settings may also let you reset or limit the Advertising ID used for attribution.
To make a privacy or deletion request, email info@routemap.ai and include the app name. Because the apps do not use accounts, we may ask for the anonymous app identifier shown in the app's support or settings area so that we can locate eligible records. You can also follow the Delete My Data instructions. Google Play and other providers may require you to use their own controls for information they control.
10. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the Services, perform analytics and attribution, maintain security, restore purchases, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations. Retention periods vary by data type, purpose, and service provider.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Residual copies may remain for a limited period in backups or where retention is required by law, fraud prevention, accounting, or security needs.
11. Service providers and international processing
Our service providers may include:
- Google Play for app distribution and billing;
- RevenueCat for purchase and entitlement management;
- AppsFlyer for LaunchDay attribution, analytics, and fraud prevention;
- Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform for advertising and consent in Companion & Countdown;
- Google Firebase for selected diagnostics and app configuration;
- Amplitude for product analytics; and
- Vercel and Google Analytics for the Website.
These providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their handling of data is governed by their agreements, settings, privacy policies, and applicable law.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Services, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy at this URL and change the "Last updated" date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
