These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the website at grandtheftauto6.vip, GTA 6 Companion & Countdown, and GTA 6 LaunchDay: Maps & Guides (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Unofficial companion services
The Services are independent, fan-made companion and information products. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. They do not sell, stream, distribute, or enable play of Grand Theft Auto VI.
2. Eligibility
The Services are not directed to children under 13. If you are not old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live, you may use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian should approve any purchase made by a minor.
3. Licence and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- interfere with the operation or security of the Services;
- introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorised access;
- copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- bypass purchase checks, access controls, or technical protections; or
- misrepresent the Services as an official Rockstar Games or Take-Two product.
4. Information and changing game details
Release dates, platforms, editions, prices, features, and other game details can change. We aim to use reliable sources, but we do not guarantee that every page or app screen will always be complete, current, or error-free. The official publisher and platform stores remain the authoritative sources for the game and store terms.
5. Premium purchases and subscriptions
Each Android app may offer Premium through an auto-renewing annual subscription, a one-time lifetime purchase, or other options shown on its Google Play purchase screen. The exact price, currency, billing period, trial or introductory offer, and renewal terms are displayed before you confirm a purchase.
Purchases are app-specific. A purchase in GTA 6 Companion & Countdown does not unlock GTA 6 LaunchDay: Maps & Guides, and a purchase in LaunchDay does not unlock Companion & Countdown. The apps do not use a shared Premium account.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play. Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under Google Play's policies and applicable consumer law.
A lifetime purchase provides access to the Premium features of the specific app for as long as we continue to make those features available. It does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser and does not guarantee that the app or every feature will operate forever.
6. Restoring purchases
You can use the Restore Purchases control in the relevant app. A restore requires the same Google account used for the original purchase and applies only to that app. Contact support if a valid purchase is not restored after Google Play finishes syncing.
7. Intellectual property
Grand Theft Auto, GTA, Rockstar Games, Take-Two, and related names, characters, and materials are the property of their respective owners. Our original copy, code, layout, and visual elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants rights in third-party intellectual property.
8. Third-party services and links
The Services may link to or rely on third-party services such as Google Play, RevenueCat, AppsFlyer, analytics providers, hosting providers, and official game sources. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for product, legal, security, or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
10. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory guarantees or other mandatory rights that apply to you.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from use of the Services. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or rights protected by mandatory consumer law.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled by the Website and each app.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that apply in your country of residence.
14. Changes and contact
