Privacy request

Request deletion of your app data

Our Android apps do not use accounts or logins, but you can ask us to delete eligible attribution, analytics, and purchase-support records.

How to submit a request

  1. Email us from an address where we can reply to your request.
  2. Use the subject Delete my data.
  3. Name the app: GTA 6 Companion & Countdown or GTA 6 LaunchDay: Maps & Guides.
  4. Include the anonymous app identifier shown in the app's Settings or Support area, if available.

What happens next

We will use the information in your request only to locate and process eligible records. Where applicable, we will submit deletion requests to service providers such as AppsFlyer or RevenueCat and confirm when the request has been processed.

Google Play controls payment records and some transaction data. You may need to use Google's own privacy or purchase controls for data that Google controls.

Data we may need to retain

Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, legal claims, or other mandatory legal obligations. We will not retain eligible data longer than necessary for those purposes.

No account deletion is required

Neither app creates a user account or login. This page provides a deletion-request path for eligible data associated with an anonymous app installation or purchase-support record.
